Getting ready to go
My grandmother past away after 93 yrs of life this week and getting ready to go home for a bit to support my family & be a kingdom example. It's time to say only what needs to be said & to only do what needs to be done. Thanks be to Christ that I have the support of my ministry family during this crazy time.

Better by effort or by wish
My pastor made a powerful point..."People don't want to be better, they want better to happen to them." Thank you Pastor Taylor for the wake up call. It's time to go through whatever I have to go through to get better. It's process, painful, and what has to happen. Good, bad, or ugly...I have to fight to be what God is making me...period. Time to stand up & no longer settle for mediocre. Time to fight for greatness.

My need to be a Zombie
Dead people don't get offended, bitter, bruised, angry, or anything else that comes with being fleshly. When I look at scripture, I see...
For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.
Galatians 5:17
My flesh fights my Spirit man daily. There is no union between us as far as seeking after Christ & His Kingdom. We are called to daily put to death the flesh to live in the Spirit. No where in scripture does it say "This is an easy task." I pray to become more like a Christ Driven Spirit filled Zombie & less like me on the daily.
He must increase, but I must decrease.
John 3:30
No brain eating though.....

Today is Truly the first day of my new life.
If ever I had to KNOW that God has a plan for my life, then now is the time. Life has been interesting since September. Those who know me know the reasons. The important thing is, is when the word says...
"Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me." Psalm 23:4
...it shows me that even when all signs point to the darkness around my life, I'm still able to see light. Why you may ask? Can't have a shadow without light.
"I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness."
John 12:46
It may be dark all around me, but with Christ, I don't have to live in it.
